Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. As a customer, you are entitled to certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. This includes a right to a remedy if our services are not delivered with due care and skill, are unfit for their intended purpose, or are not supplied within a reasonable time.
Please note, refunds are generally not available once services have been delivered or digital content has been accessed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
However, if you are unhappy with a service provided, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the matter fairly.
We may offer refunds or credits in other circumstances at our discretion, such as if you're unable to attend a workshop and give reasonable notice.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible.
Workshops & Events
If you're no longer able to attend a workshop or event you've booked, we’re happy to offer a full refund provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to another session at our discretion.
Services Already Delivered
Refunds are not available once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., consultations, strategy sessions, written reports). However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please get in touch — we genuinely value your feedback and are committed to finding a fair resolution.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at with your booking details and reason for the request. We'll respond within 3 business days.
