Lead with Confidence
Supervising for Capability
in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Essential skills, real cases, tools you’ll use the same day.
With Dr Lee Cubis, Clinical Psychologist and Specialist Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Supervision is one of the most powerful ways we build quality, confidence and capability in Positive Behaviour Support, but only when it is more than case discussion, compliance checking or ad hoc advice. This workshop is for PBS practitioners ready to step into supervision with greater clarity, structure and confidence.
Workshop purpose
The workshop responds directly to the current PBS supervision problem: practitioners value supervision that is supportive, reflective and clinically expert, but supervision is often diluted by operational matters, compliance pressure, limited PBS expertise, and unclear role boundaries. It also aligns supervision with the full PBS capability cycle: interim response, functional assessment, planning, implementation, “know it works”, restrictive practice reduction, and continuing professional development/supervision.
