Dr Lee Cubis
Clinical Psychologist | Consultant | Supervisor
With over 20 years of experience in the disability and mental health sectors, Dr Lee Cubis offers a practical, evidence-informed approach to complex clinical work, systems improvement, and professional development.
Lee’s consultancy focuses on two key areas: supporting ethical, person-centred practice in disability and Positive Behaviour Support, and providing supervision and mentoring to psychologists across a range of practice areas. He brings particular expertise in working with people with acquired brain injury, neurodivergence, and psychosocial disability, and has published research on hospital discharge, housing and support design, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Lee also provides clinical supervision for early-career and experienced psychologists. His approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of practice—supporting growth, sustainability, and reflective thinking across different professional contexts.
Whether working one-on-one or with services and teams, Lee brings a values-driven, down-to-earth approach that’s focused on what works.
