Group Supervision for Proficient, Advanced and Specialist
 PBS Practitioners

Sharpen complex formulation, drive implementation, and supervise with impact.

With Dr Lee Cubis, Clinical Psychologist and Specialist Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Are you practising at Proficient or above according to the PBS Capability Framework and want to stretch further? This group is built for experienced PBS practitioners and clinical leads who want sharper formulation, stronger implementation skills, and confident supervision of junior PBS practitioners.

What you’ll get
  • Pre-session materials each week (short primers, case packs, templates) so you arrive ready to apply.

  • 4 × live 90-minute sessions that are interactive, case-based and relevant to real practice (e.g., formulation labs, “hot seat” supervision, complex case interrogations).

  • Practical tools you can use immediately: guides for complex formulation, FBA → BSP → implementation → review, supervision pack for junior‑practitioner coaching (agreement, record, evaluation & reflective practice templates)

  • CPD support: 6 hours of active CPD, plus concise summaries for your CPD log.

  • Certificate of Completion confirming the content covered and mapping it to the relevant domains of the PBS Capability Framework.

  • Small cohort (max 9) for tailored feedback and peer learning.
