Service Description
An outstanding Positive Behaviour Support Plan needs to be both robust to meet ethical and compliance standards, and practical to drive the most important index of a job well done: meaningful change in a person's life! Accordingly, this workshop will focus on writing plans in ways that capture the referral question, client values, goals and objectives, your case conceptualisation, functional analysis, and outcomes of assessment and intervention/s. We will cover broad principles of report writing, and then narrow in on Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) Reports, and Interim and Comprehensive PBS Plans. There will be information and usable resources on writing plans across different contexts, and tools to translate the written plan into resources that are accessible across teams.. A combination of case study examples, various templates and practical activities around writing the FBA and PBS plan will be used to develop learning in this important area. Who is this workshop for?
